AM I WEAR THE RIGHT MASK TODAY?
Assalamualaikum..
hi guys ! it is still the hazy season and i dont even know when the hell the haze will gonna stop. but alhamdulillah, i feeling much better that yesterday. actually i got the bad flu yesterday because of the haze that come again to our country. okay, i don't wanna celoteh about yesterday's story. let bygone be bygone. hehehehehe
okay, move on to the main points that i really wanna highlight to all of us is about the mask that we wearing in order to protect ourselves from the diseases that may be occur because of the haze. actually the haze contain various dangerous, jahat and very bad particles like smokes and dust that can effect our health dude ! so it is really essential for us to wear the mask all the time especially the person that working outdoor. (and i don't encourage you to berjimba in this haze season, its totally can effect your health seriously).
BUT ! The thing now is is that our mask that we wearing today is right one ?? yeahh, actually i've also did a mistake before so that's why i wanna corrected it so that everyone will do the right thing ! (cehhh bajet :p)
okay let us take a lookthe image that i've been googled on.
i pretty 100% very sure that majority of us in this country use this as our protection from haze. (from my observation). okay actually it is a surgical mask where the surgeon use it for surgery. or in other words it is a medical mask. so if we use this mask, it is pretty the same like we didn't wear any protection because... because the haze particles was really really tiny ( idon't even remember what micro or nano unit it is but the fact we still inhaling those super jahat and dangerous particles. yeahh, it is not 100% filtered the hazy air.
yupp, there it iss. the real and correct mask that we should wear for this haze season. it covers thoroughly our nose so that our breathing are protected 100%. it also filter the dust so we will be spared from the bad and harmful particles from enters your lungs and in the broncheoles and in the alveoli and finally... whatever i don't remember it, hahaha. i'm out of the science anymore.
and now i already Know why the peoples keep looking at me and yaya while we are wearing our 'mask' when we went shopping back then. because that day was haze too. so we decided to wear the mask without even thinking and ignored about other peoples thought (biasalahh, mentaliti melayu hahaha). so we become the most tough girl in the shopping mall wearing that mask. (we sacrificed to cover our lipstick thoo) hahaha. and finally i knew why the hell those peoples keep staring at us wearing that mask. BECAUSE WE WEAR THE WRONG MASK !!! it was very damn embarrasing thing that happened. haihh baru nak mengajar public betapa pentingnya pemakaian mask diwaktu jerebu. and at last, i'm the one who was soo wrong and noob about the medical stuff. :'D
